• Provides medication reminders as permitted by Ohio law.
• Maintains awareness of residents' locations and responds to needs.
• Monitors residents' medical condition and reports changes to Charge Nurses.
• Documents records accurately using computers or other systems.
• Performs light housekeeping and laundry tasks as required.
