Job summary

Saint Peter’s Health Care System is seeking a Patient Observer for night shifts on a part-time basis. You will display a respectful, empathetic and caring attitude toward patients and families while maintaining patient confidentiality.

You will identify signs and symptoms or changes in behavior that require the immediate attention of the RN and collaborate with the RN on the relevant aspects of care.

Qualifications

• Level of maturity to maintain confidentiality, comport self professionally, with sensitivity, tact and diplomacy.
• Excellent observation skills.
