Saint Peter's Health System is seeking a Patient Observer Per Diem for Evening shifts. Under supervision, you will observe patients requiring one-to-one or close observation, document observations, and help maintain a safe environment in line with policies and age-appropriate orders.

This position offers per diem evenings with competitive base rates and eligibility for shift differentials and benefits as described by the program.

Qualifications

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and act professionally.
• Strong observation skills to monitor patients continually.

Responsabilités

• Observe patients requiring one-to-one or close observation every 30 or 60 minutes.
• Document observations and maintain a safe environment per policies and orders.
