Job summary

Shift hours are at night, and CNA or PCT certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Education - High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience - No previous experience required; previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• CNA or PCT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide constant 1:1 observation of assigned patient.
• Document and report any risks or changes according to policy.
• Assist with meeting patient's needs such as turning, positioning, and feeding.
