Qualifications

• BLS for Healthcare Provider certification required.

Responsibilities

• Attend to patients' personal hygiene, bathing, feeding, and toileting.
• Check vital signs and assist with dressings and specimen collection.
• Transport patients and respond to call lights and requests.
• Document actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team and participate in department projects.
