Qualificações

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willing to obtain).
• Experience transporting passengers, elderly, or disabled preferred.
• Ability to operate wheelchair lifts, ramps, and secure mobility equipment.
• Strong punctuality, reliability, and time management.
• Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsabilidades

• Safely transport non-emergency medical passengers to and from appointments, facilities, and care centers.
• Assist passengers with boarding, deboarding, and securing wheelchairs or mobility devices.
• Maintain accurate trip logs, mileage records, and passenger documentation.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Follow scheduled routes while adapting to real-time changes or passenger needs.
• Communicate professionally with dispatchers, passengers, and healthcare facility staff.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, HIPAA guidelines, and company safety protocols.
