Job summary

Dream Care Rides is seeking an NEMT driver to transport patients to dialysis, chemotherapy, doctor appointments, and hospital discharges across the Chicago metropolitan area. The role offers competitive per-trip pay and company vehicles.

Ambulatory, wheelchair van, and stretcher ambulette positions are available; the driver must have a valid IL or IN license, a clean MVR, and pass a background check with drug screening. CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain is required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Illinois or Indiana driverds license.
• Clean MVR dated within 90 days.
• No DUI/DWI convictions in past 7 years.
• No reckless driving convictions in past 3 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations in past 3 years.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Transport patients to dialysis, chemotherapy, doctor appointments, and hospital discharges across the Chicago metropolitan area.
• Drive for Dream Care Rides as a Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) driver using company vehicles; ambulatory, wheelchair van, and stretcher ambulette positions available.
