Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of mental health technician experience in a psychiatric/substance abuse setting.
• Three years of nursing/patient care assistant experience with crisis management training in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Record data and perform treatments and procedures under RN guidance.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians and co-workers.
• Assist with non-nursing functions and support patient care team.
• May involve travel to conduct home visits.
