Qualifications

Ability to work a rotating schedule including days, evenings, overnight and weekend shifts.
Physical capability to bend, stoop, lift, and assist with patient interventions.
Responsibilities
Assess patient behavior and document observations during assigned shifts.
Model and teach appropriate life skills to promote independent living.
Escort patients and assist with daily living activities as needed.
Maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment for patients.
Provide de-escalation and physical intervention if necessary.
