Job summary

BHMC-Little Rock is seeking a Mental Health Technician (MHT) to support patients and families with basic care, monitoring, and hygiene on the Recover/Adult Psych unit. This role spends most time with patients, requiring compassion and strong communication with the healthcare team.

Full-time, day shift (0630a-0630p), 72 hours bi-weekly. Training will include CPR, skills training, crucial conversations, and hospitality in healthcare. Healthcare/service experience preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 12 college level credits including English Composition with a C or better.
• Healthcare experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist with basic patient care and monitoring.
