Unity Health in Searcy, AR is seeking a Mental Health Technician (MHT) for PRN shifts within the UH Specialty Care unit. The role involves supporting patient care, monitoring safety, and maintaining a therapeutic environment in a high-stress setting.

Responsibilities include de-escalation of aggressive behavior, accurate documentation, and adherence to patient dignity and boundaries. Physical duties such as lifting patients may be required; a stable, professional attitude is essential.

Formación

• High School or GED required; college hours a plus.
• One year equivalent work experience in psychiatric/addictive disease treatment facility desirable.
• Minimum of one-year relevant experience preferred.
• Ability to plan and implement therapeutic activities in a multidisciplinary setting.
• Computer skills and strong communication needed.

Responsabilidades
