Job summary

The Residence at North Ridge in New Hope, MN seeks a Home Health Aide to join our rehabilitation nursing care team. You will support residents with daily living activities, ensure comfort, safety, and dignity, and work with a caring clinical staff.

Qualified candidates have a state-approved Nursing Assistant course and Minnesota certification; memory care experience is preferred. Shifts are 8 hours, day and evening options, with comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Completed state-approved Nursing Assistant course and Minnesota certification/registration to practice.
• Memory Care experience preferred in Assisted Living.
• Must be able to provide personal care and assist with ADLs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, skincare, hair, nails, dressing, oral care, grooming).
• Assist transfers, toileting, and respond to call lights.
• Provide compassionate, respectful care in a safe environment.
