Job summary

North Ridge Health and Rehab in New Hope, MN is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our clinical team and advance their nursing careers. Qualifications

• Completed MN approved Nurse Aide Training Program.
• Current MN NAR license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
• Desire to work with the elderly.

Responsibilities

• Provide total care for residents including activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, feeding, grooming and toileting.
• Record temperature, pulse, respiration, and weight and report changes in condition.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance in all resident care activities.
• Build relationships with residents and families to support quality care.
