The Residence at North Ridge in New Hope, MN is seeking Home Health Aides (HHA) to join our caring clinical team. You will assist residents with activities of daily living and provide compassionate, memory-care focused care in a community setting.

Qualifications

• Memory Care experience, preferably in Assisted Living.
• Must have completed a state-approved Nursing Assistant course.
• Must hold current Minnesota certification/registration to practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide activities of daily living: bathing, skincare, hair care, nail care, dressing, oral hygiene, shaving, grooming.
• Assist with transfers, toileting, and answering call lights; maintain resident safety and dignity.
