Tuscan Gardens of Palm Coast is seeking a compassionate Wellness Associate to join our resident-focused team. The role supports residents based on their Service Plan, assisting with daily living activities and coordinating with the Wellness Director.

You will ensure safety, report health changes promptly, maintain supplies, and assist with meals, laundry, and mobility while upholding our high standards of care and compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Current State Nurse's Aide registration is required.
• Experience and passion in working with seniors.
• Able to perform physically demanding tasks and lift up to 60 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Assists Residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, hygiene, and mobility.
• Maintains awareness of residents' health and reports changes to the Wellness Director.
• Keeps an inventory of medical supplies and assists with ordering when necessary.
• Responds to Resident emergencies; provides first-aid and arranges for medical follow-up.
• Assists residents with meal selection, service, and feeding as assigned.
• Maintains records and participates in in-service education.
