Job summary

Brightview Senior Living is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide warm personal care and companionship to residents in a supportive community.

You will assist with daily living activities and monitor changes with the Nurse to update care plans, while encouraging participation in community programs and activities. A positive attitude and high school diploma are required; CNA/HHA/CHHA certification is a plus in Massachusetts.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and love for working with people.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; CNA/HHA/CHHA certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, engaging personal care and companionship to residents.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Observe changes in residents and work with the Nurse to update the Resident Care Plan.
• Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.
