Job summary

Brightview Senior Living is seeking dedicated caregivers to provide warm, engaging personal care, support and companionship to residents in a Massachusetts community.

You will assist residents with activities of daily living, observe changes in needs, and collaborate with the Nurse to update their care plans. Encouraging participation in community programs enhances well-being and joy for our seniors.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and love working with people.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CNA/HHA/CHHA/Meds aide certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, engaging personal care, support and companionship to residents.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Monitor changes in residents' needs and coordinate with Nurse to update care plans.
• Encourage participation in community programs and activities.
