Job summary

Oakmont Senior Living seeks a Part-Time Care Provider for memory care in Claremont. Shifts are AM, 6:00am–2:00pm, with open availability on days. The role supports residents with daily living activities and safety in a senior living community.

Qualifications

• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including TB tests.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Experience preferred but not required; we will train the right candidate.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living per care plans (eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, continence).
• Respond promptly to residents' needs while maintaining dignity, safety, and confidentiality.
• Communicate observed changes in condition to a supervisor immediately.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork and cooperative interactions with staff and other departments.
