Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities, LLC is seeking a Resident Assistant for Memory Care. This Full-Time, hourly position offers USD 16.95 - USD 17.75 per hour and includes duties to assist residents with activities of daily living and transport within the community.

You will respond to emergencies, review care plans, and take vital signs. Requirements: high school diploma, comply with state education requirements, CPR certification preferred, and experience with elderly populations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• All state educational requirements for the position must be met.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Experience working with elderly population preferred.
• A calm, helpful, and respectful countenance is appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Providing residents with assistance in activities of daily living (grooming, bathing, environment).
• Transporting residents within the community to activities, departments, or dining.
• Responding to emergency calls, resident/visitor requests, and environmental hazards promptly.
• Reviewing and adhering to resident care plans and obtaining vital signs.

Skills
