Qualifications

• Demonstrates CARE values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships and Excellence.
• HS diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience or training; or equivalent.
• State-approved Nursing Assistant training or CNA program (community-provided possible).

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate engagement and activities to enrich residents' daily lives.
• Collaborate with care team to support residents' cognitive and physical well-being.
