Qualifications

• Current Maryland MedTech certification is required.
• Experience in assisted living or memory care preferred.
• Must read, write and speak English.
• TB test, MMR and varicella immunity verification required.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications according to schedules and protocols.
• Monitor residents’ responses and report concerns to nursing staff.
• Provide compassionate care to residents with dementia.
• Assist with daily living activities as needed.
• Maintain accurate medication records per facility policies.
• Communicate with residents, families, and healthcare team.
• Adhere to safety and infection control procedures.
