Job summary

Steelville Care and Rehab in Steelville, MO is seeking compassionate Certified Medication Technicians (CMT) to join our caring team on the Day Shift. You will administer medications under the supervision of a licensed nurse, maintain patient safety, and upholds the five rights of medication administration.

Qualifications

• Active CMT and CNA certifications in Missouri; both licenses required.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications as ordered by a physician under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Performs resident care duties to ensure safety and comfort.
• Records all medications administered and notes changes observed.
• Responds to resident call lights and monitors residents’ needs.
• Maintains accuracy and observes five rights of medication administration.
