Job summary

Qualifications

• Administers medications as ordered by physician.
• Experience in nursing home or assisted living settings.
• Must have CNA-M certification and a high school diploma.

Responsibilities

• Occasionally assist residents with activities of daily living (dressing, bathing, dining, activities).
• Ensure resident comfort and safety at all times.
• Respond promptly to residents and family requests/call lights for assistance.
• Observe, record, and report changes in resident status to the charge nurse or director of nursing.
• Accurately document care activities.
