Job summary

The Goodman Group, LLC is seeking a dedicated Medication Technician to support our residents in Wisconsin or Oregon communities. You will administer prescribed medications under the supervision of a licensed nurse and assist with daily resident care per the care plan.

Responsibilities include documenting medication administration, monitoring effects, assisting with meals and activities, and reporting changes to nursing staff.

Qualifications

• Must meet state and federal requirements for the position.
• Prefer 6 months or more of experience in home care or long‑term care facility.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate medication administration records and monitor effects.
• Assist residents with daily care and activities per care plan.
• Support dining and social activities and encourage resident engagement.
