Job summary

Alliance With Clients Corporation is hiring a part-time Certified Medication Technician (CMT) for Easton, MD. The role involves assisting clients with personal care and administering medications under RN supervision, documenting in MAR, and ensuring safety and infection control at home.

The ideal candidate will have a certified training program, be 18+, and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to patient comfort and accurate reporting to the RN.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a formal certification training program and/or written skills test and competency evaluation.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Verify reading, writing, and ability to follow a written plan of care.
• Demonstrate good interpersonal skills.
• High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Criminal Background Check.
• Current Driver’s License or ID Card.

Responsibilities

• Performs simple procedures under the direction and supervision of the nurse.
• Administers medications as prescribed and documents in the MAR.
• Reports changes in client condition to the RN.
• Assists with activities of daily living and personal care tasks.
• Prepares meals and performs household tasks essential to health care at home.
• Maintains infection control practices and safety in the home environment.
• Documents care provided and submits records per agency requirements.
