Qualifications

• Must be certified as CMA/QMA by the state.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, administer, and record certain prescribed medications for residents under supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Practice the five rights of medication administration within the scope of your role.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed.
• Label, store, receive and destroy medication per policy.
• Perform medication charting as directed by the Nurse Supervisor.
