Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) to assist in administering medications and supporting residents in daily living activities at our West Lafayette location. Candidates must hold a QMA or CMA certification and a CNA certification in good standing.

Qualifications

• Certified as a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) or Certified Medication Aide (CMA) by the state.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer and record prescribed medications under supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed.
• Properly label, store, receive, and destroy medication per company policy.
• Perform medication charting as directed by the Nurse Supervisor.

Education

Certified Medication Aide (CMA) or Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) certification

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification in good standing
