Job summary

The Shores at Clear Lake is seeking a Medication Technician to safely administer medications and support residents’ daily living in a compassionate, family-like environment. You will work under supervision to ensure timely administration, accurate documentation, and quality care aligned with state regulations.

Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, communicating changes in residents’ condition, and maintaining infection control and safety standards.

Qualifications

• State certification required for Med Tech or medication aide (as applicable).
• Ability to read, write, and speak in English.
• Experience in Assisted Living is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer or assist with medications according to physician orders.
• Provide physical and psychosocial care supporting residents' dignity and independence.
• Oversee wellness staffing schedule and coordinate with Wellness Director.
