Job summary

Grace Management, Inc. is seeking a Medication Technician for The Shores at Clear Lake to administer medications, provide compassionate resident care, and help manage wellness staffing. Successful candidates will ensure safety, dignity, and timely service in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities include documenting on MAR, shift handoffs, and maintaining medication cart security. On-call and collaboration with the Wellness Director are required.

Qualifications

• Must maintain state-required medication aide certification.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Experience in Assisted Living preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer or assist with administration of medications per physician order and MAR.
• Provide physical and psychosocial care promoting dignity and individuality.
• Oversee wellness staffing schedule and report to Wellness Director.
