Stoney River Assisted Living & Memory Care Ramsey is seeking a dedicated Medication Aide to support resident health, wellbeing, and quality of life. You will administer medications, document accurately, and monitor for side effects in a compassionate, resident-centered setting.

Qualifications

• Medication Aide/Medication Administration certification required (per state regulations).
• Caregiver or CNA experience preferred.
• Previous experience in assisted living, memory care, or long-term care preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license preferred (where applicable).

Responsibilities

• Provide Safe Medication Support: Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians and delegated by nursing staff.
• Ensure medications are documented accurately and timely according to community policies and state regulations.
• Observe residents for medication side effects, reactions, or changes in condition and report concerns promptly.
• Perform narcotic counts and medication cart audits per community policy.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines at all times.
