Job summary

Covenant Living Communities and CovenantCare Home Health and Hospice is seeking a non-certified care attendant with medication administration to assist residents with daily activities, safety, comfort, and well-being in a compassionate, compliant manner.

Responsibilities include assistance with bathing, dressing, meals, mobility, medication supervision per state regulations, and supporting dining and social activities. Eligible for full-time benefits including health, PTO, 403(b), and more.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Medication assistant training required per state regulations.
• Entry level position with potential training.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Remind residents of scheduled activities and meals.
• Assist with medication supervision and administration as allowed by state regulations.
• Provide meal service support and assist with dining in and out of rooms.
• Observe residents’ conditions and report changes to leadership.
• Respond to call signals and ensure resident safety.
