Job summary

Dial Senior Living is looking for a Certified Medication Aide to administer routine medications to residents and provide personal care services in a supportive, home-like environment.

The role requires documenting medications, monitoring health, and assisting with daily living activities, while following state regulations and care plans. Prior experience with older adults and HIPAA compliance are valued; teamwork with DON/ADON and executives is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have Certified Medication Aide or state med pass certificate.
• First Aid training completed.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications accurately and on time per physician orders and care plans.
• Document medications given or not given according to regulations.
• Monitor residents' health, safety, and well-being.
• Record changes in residents' status, appointments and vitals.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Respond to emergencies and arrange medical attention as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and facility operations.
