The Drake in Concord, NC is seeking a compassionate Medication Aide - SIC to support our clinical team with medication administration and resident care. You will help ensure accurate dosing, timely documentation, and adherence to safety protocols.

This role emphasizes collaboration with nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals, with on-site responsibilities and a focus on the well-being of our senior residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• State certification as Medication Aide preferred.
• Healthcare experience in senior care or related setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of medication administration and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents as prescribed, documenting doses and timing.
• Provide specialized care for residents with specific medical needs and assist with ADLs.
