Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Pour, pass, and chart medications.
• Perform accucheck.
• Keep residents’ dignity and self-respect.
• Practice confidentiality regarding residents and their records.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to supervisor.
• Answer call lights promptly.
• Complete paperwork such as charting and incident reports.
• Attend trainings and in-services.
• Order medications.
• Contact doctors and outside agencies.
