The Jewish Collaborative Service in Warwick, RI is hiring a Certified Medication Technician to provide compassionate care and ensure safe medication administration. The role requires administering medications as per Rhode Island Department of Health regulations, with a focus on individual resident needs.

Qualifications

Must pass Rhode Island Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI) background check.
Must be free of felony convictions involving controlled substances.
Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

Administers medications as directed by the Director of Resident Care in accordance with RIDOH regulations.
Provides compassionate, dignified care that honors each resident's individuality.
Assists residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).

Skills

Active Rhode Island Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in good standing

Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English

Commitment to upholding the values of dignified, person-centered care

Education

High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
