Job summary

Sonida Senior Living's North Pointe community in Anderson, SC, seeks a Medication Aide to administer resident medications and assist with daily living activities. The role requires licensure and ongoing compliance with state regulations.

You will support CNAs, monitor vital signs, and help ensure residents receive timely, high-quality care in a compassionate environment. The position includes competitive benefits and paid training.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in [STATE] as a [Medication Aide], and must maintain current and unencumbered licensure.

Responsibilities

• Set up and administer resident medications as ordered by physicians and per professional standards of medication administration, and may supervise CNAs as directed.
• Provide residents' personal hygiene needs including bedpans, baths, backrubs, shampoos and shaves; assist with bathroom trips; help with showers and baths.
• Assist with activities of daily living by serving meals, feeding residents, ambulating, turning and positioning, and providing water and nourishment between meals.
• Maintain patient stability by checking vital signs and weight; testing urine; recording intake and output information.

Medication Aide Responsibilities Include
