Job summary

Trustwell Living, LLC seeks a qualified medication aide to support residents with medications under physician orders. You will document all medication management activities and maintain patient confidentiality in a compassionate, dignity-driven environment.

Responsibilities include obtaining and storing medications from the pharmacy, ensuring cleanliness of storage areas, and reporting changes in resident conditions to supervisors. Training and compliance with safety rules are essential.

Qualifications

• Completion of Qualified Medication Aide program with current license.
• 18–24 months experience in a similar position.
• CPR/First Aid certified preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with medications as ordered by physician(s).
• Document all functions related to medication management as required by regulation and protocols.
• Obtain, receive, and store medications from pharmacy.
• Maintain order and cleanliness in medication storage area.
• Provide daily records including vital signs and observations and report changes to supervisor.
