Job summary

Dimensions Living Appleton is seeking a dedicated Medication Aide to support residents with safe and accurate medication administration and everyday care. You will work closely with nursing staff to ensure documentation, safety, and compassionate service in a dynamic senior living environment.

Ideal candidates hold a Medication Aide certification and have caregiver/CNA experience, with CPR preferred. The role requires strong attention to detail, empathy, and teamwork to maintain residents’

Qualifications

• Medication Aide certification/licensure required by state regulations.
• Caregiver or CNA experience preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license preferred (where applicable).

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered and document accurately per policies.
• Observe residents for side effects and changes, reporting promptly to nursing staff.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance at all times.
• Perform narcotic counts and medication cart audits as required.
• Assist residents with ADLs, meals, hydration, and engagement activities.
• Follow infection control, OSHA, and safety procedures; participate in trainings.
