Job summary

Cottonwood Manor Assisted Living in Wisconsin is seeking a CNA Caregiver/Medication Aide to join our team. The role provides medications and assistance with daily living to residents, focusing on dignity and person-centered care.

You will observe residents taking medications, document in MAR, and coordinate with Wellness Director. This is a full-time 2nd shift position, with alternating weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Prior direct care experience preferred.
• Meets age requirements according to facility policy and state regulations.
• CBRF Class Certifications include Standard Precautions, First Aid and Choking, Fire Safety, and Medication Administration.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments following state regulations.
• Observe resident taking medications, note effects and document in MAR.
• Communicate concerns or observations with Wellness Director or designated personnel.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, supporting independence and dignity.
