Job summary

Cottonwood Manor Assisted Living is seeking a dedicated CNA Caregiver/Medication Aide to join our team on the 3rd shift. You will administer prescribed medications, observe and document responses, and support residents with daily living activities while preserving dignity.

We value compassionate care, teamwork, and adherence to state regulations. Prior direct care experience is preferred; CBRF certifications are encouraged. Full-time position with weekend rotation and holidays as required.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of medication assistance training per state requirements.
• Maintains up-to-date medication certification per facility rules.
• Prior direct care experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Administers prescribed medications and treatments to residents according to regulations.
• Observes residents, notes effects, documents in medication administration records, and communicates concerns.
• Supports activities of daily living and promotes independence while preserving dignity.
• Collaborates with Wellness Director and team to ensure resident safety and wellbeing.
