Jamestown, NY — Zohorecruit is seeking a dependable Medication Aide to support residents at an assisted living facility in Jamestown, NY. The role focuses on accurate medication administration, compassionate care, and strict adherence to policies and documentation.

The position requires NY State certification or current training, strong communication, and a willingness to work both independently and as part of a team to ensure resident well-being.

Formación

• Previous experience as a Medication Aide or similar role preferred.
• Experience with medication administration preferred.
• Dependable, responsible and compassionate.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Follow written and verbal instructions and maintain accurate documentation.
• New York State certification or training must be current.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with medications according to procedures and policies.
• Administer and/or assist with medications per NYS regulations and facility guidelines.
• Document medication administration and maintain records accurately.
• Observe residents for condition changes and report concerns to staff.
• Provide assistance with daily living activities as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Communicate respectfully with residents, families, coworkers and staff.
• Follow all facility policies, safety procedures and confidentiality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
