Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-time passenger transportation experience.
• Excellent 5-star customer service track record.
• CDL with passenger endorsement preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certifications required or willing to obtain within 6 months.
• Satisfactory driving and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide 5-star customer service and act as an AbsoluteCARE ambassador.
• Transport patients to and from appointments and help access appropriate medical care.
• Operate 7+ passenger van and associated equipment.
• Drive in compliance with DOT regulations and traffic laws.
• Keep accurate travel logs and document passenger issues.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance and log maintenance activities.
• Keep van clean and coordinate on short-notice schedule changes.
• Maintain contact with the office for route updates and issues.
• Support in activities and be a dependable team player.
• Protect patient data privacy and security at all times.
