Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Safely transport patients to and from appointments and facilities.
• Ensure on-time arrival and safe travel for all patients.
• Operate passenger vans and wheelchair-accessible vehicles per policy.
• Assist patients entering/exiting vehicles as needed.
• Handle mobility equipment and secure it during transit.
• Plan routes and account for delays, keeping records of trips.
