Qualifications

• Provides comprehensive, safe, evidence-based nursing care to achieve desired health outcomes for the patient.

• Delegates tasks based on patient needs, stability, task complexity, and outcome predictability within scope of practice.
• Uses knowledge of cultural differences to provide care sensitive to values, beliefs, and customs.
• Identifies opportunities for process improvement on the unit and participates in implementation.
