Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Registered Nurse: AZ license or eligible for AZ.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Delivers comprehensive, safe, evidence-based nursing care to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Performs assessments, monitors vitals, labs, and tests; escalates changes promptly.
• Delegates tasks appropriately within scope and ensures patient safety.
• Provides culturally sensitive care and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to plan and implement care.
• Contributes to unit-based process improvement initiatives.
