Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit Medicaid waiver claims for resident care services and track authorizations.
• Generate and send monthly statements to private pay residents and families; answer billing questions.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging; follow up on past-due balances with families and payers.
• Process vendor invoices and pay bills accurately; prioritize payments per cash flow plans.
• Reconcile payments, deposits, and resident ledgers; keep records audit-ready.
• Provide regular AR and AP reports to leadership; flag cash flow concerns early.
