Job summary

Main Line Fertility is seeking an experienced Medical Assistant or CMA/RMA, or Certified Phlebotomist, for a full-time position on our team of professional clinicians. The ideal candidate will educate, treat, inform and prepare patients for their appointment.

Candidates for this role should be excellent communicators who excel at developing and maintaining patient relationships, working well on a collaborative team and delivering compassionate patient care.

Qualifications

• Medical Assistant diploma and CMA/RMA or Certified Phlebotomist certification required.
• Phlebotomy experience required; certification preferred.
• 2 years of healthcare experience required.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians with patient care and procedures.
• Prepare patients for exams, take histories and vitals, perform phlebotomy.
• Prepare and stock exam rooms and assist with administrative tasks.
• Document patient care and maintain electronic records accurately.
