Qualifications

• Must hold current Medical Assistant certification.
• Completed accredited Medical Assistant program.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology.
• Proficient with electronic health records.

• Confidential handling of client information.

Responsibilities

• Assist healthcare providers with client appointments and procedures.
• Obtain and record vital signs, medical history, and medications.
• Prepare and administer medications as directed by providers.
• Perform phlebotomy, EKG, and injections.
• Maintain accurate records in electronic health records systems.
• Provide patient education on treatment plans and prevention.
• Schedule appointments and follow-up.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of care areas and supplies.
• Adhere to healthcare regulations and safety standards.
• Perform other assigned duties.
