Qualifications

• BLS/CPR certification current or within 60 days of hire.
• Two years of experience in a healthcare setting preferred; customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains quality improvement initiatives in the department.
• Manages scheduling of appointments and referral tracking.
• Opens and closes the office as required.
• Pre-charts patient records and prepares for visits.
• Preps exam rooms, assists with injections, phlebotomy and basic tests.
• Coordinates care with providers, discharge notifications and patient education.
