Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in similar healthcare setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review patient records and update the chart prior to appointments to plan needed services.
• Prepare patients for examination, including vital signs and history updates.
• Assist in coordinating care with providers and the Care Team, including messages and referrals.
• Maintain cleanliness and supplies in exam rooms and ensure proper disposal of materials.
